At Dahlia by Sehar Zafar, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.
  • There are no final sale items—all eligible items can be returned unless stated otherwise for hygiene or custom-order reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized jewellery
  • Damaged items due to misuse, wear, or improper handling
  • Items not returned in original condition or packaging

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, you may return it first and then place a new order once the refund is processed.

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Ship the item back using a reliable courier service.
  4. Share the tracking details with us.
